Beef Skillet Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. diced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn (12 oz.)
    1 1/4 c. bouillon (bouillon cube dissolved in 1 1/4 cups boiling water)
    1/2 c. thin strip green pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat
    in\toil
    over high heat in skillet, leaving meat in\tcoarse\tchunks.
    Add onion; reduce heat to medium and cook until
    onion is tender, but not browned.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn
    and
    bouillon
    and\tbring
    to a boil.
    Stir in green pepper and boil again.
    Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat; cover and
    let
    stand
    5
    minutes.\tFluff
    with fork.
    Makes 4 servings.
