Ole Timey Scotch Aigs(Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 hard-boiled aigs
    8 oz. sausage
    sage
    1 raw aig
    peppah 'n salt
    braid crumbs
Preparation
    Hard boil aigs (eggs).
    Shell.
    Mix sausage, sage, raw aig (egg), peppah 'n salt.
    Divide into 5 or 6 portions.
    Wrap each portion around a hard boil aig, then roll in toasted braid crumbs. Deep fry in hot fat 'til a prutty golden brown.
    Eat 'em cold.
