Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, halved
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. orange juice and 1 c. powdered sugar (for glaze)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease well 8 x 7 x 2-inch loaf pan. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar in large bowl.
    Add margarine with orange juice and egg, stirring into dry ingredients just to moisten.
    Then add cranberries and nuts.
    Bake one hour.
