Curried Honey Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    assorted crisp vegetables for dipping
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine honey and curry, stirring to blend well.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Transfer to a small bowl and let cool for 5 minutes.
    Whisk mayonnaise into honey mixture until well blended.
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate as long as 3 days.
