Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 eggplant
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
marinara sauce
Preparation

Peel and cut eggplant in 1/2-inch slices; flour (use Ziploc bag).
Combine egg and milk.
Set aside.
Combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
Dip each slice into egg mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.
