Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 tall (13 oz.) can Milnot
1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 1/8 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Butter the bottom of a 10-inch (glass) pie pan.
Spread with coconut. Place all other ingredients in blender container.
Blend well on high speed.
Carefully pour over coconut.
Be sure coconut is moistened.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Surprise!
It forms its own crust.
