Texas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. dry egg noodles
5 scallions, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, breaking into clumps with spoon when browned. Drain off drippings. Stir garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and tomato sauce into meat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
