Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Slowly add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
    Fold in carrots.
    Bake in three layers at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Let cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
