Cream Of Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 c. hot, mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. pimento
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Use 5 to 6 potatoes and make in usual fashion.
    Combine cream cheese and potatoes, mixing well until blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
