Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and sauce mix from the box into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Heat to boiling the tomatoes, water and oregano. Pour over potatoes.
    Top with pepperoni and cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
