Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. pinto beans, drained and mashed
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans (optional)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Combine ingredients and bake in deep dish pie shell at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
