Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen creamed spinach
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. Half & Half or whole milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 9-inch frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Thaw spinach or cook slightly. Saute onion in butter until just tender. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs and cream with a wire whisk. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add spinach, onions and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
    (Pie shell should be frozen or well chilled.) Fill pie shell with egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
