Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. thin sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine or garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
