Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, washed
    flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. light oil
Preparation
    Divide seasoning.
    Put half in flour and half on chicken.
    In brown grocery bag, put flour, salt, pepper, Old Bay and paprika. Shake until mixed.
    Cut chicken into 10 pieces.
    In large bowl, put chicken pieces.
    Rub seasoning into chicken with hands (salt, pepper, Old Bay and paprika).
    Heat oil in cast-iron skillet until hot.
    Shake chicken in flour mixture.
    Drop into hot oil.
    Cook until done, approximately 13 to 15 minutes (until golden brown).
