Crunchy Cheese And Ham Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. ham, cut in small pieces
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, onions, salt and pepper.
Layer potatoes in a baking dish or pan with ham, half of cheese, half of liquid mixture, another layer of potatoes, the rest of cheese, cornflake mixture and the rest of the liquid mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
