Country Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add butter and shortening.
Cut into flour mixture with pastry cutter to coarse crumb stage.
Add milk.
