Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced celery (may use 1 c. if desired)
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in oleo.
    Cook broccoli according to directions and drain (I use microwave).
    Mix all ingredients; pour into buttered casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
