Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, peeled apples
    1 c. broken nuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. melted margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir apples, nuts and sugar together.
    Let stand 1 hour, stirring often so mixture will make its own juice. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and spices.
    Add apple mixture.
    Stir well.
    Mix in margarine and vanilla.
    Mix in eggs. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to finish cooling.
