Banana-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple and bananas.
Add to flour mixture and mix well by hand. Stir in walnuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Cool on rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan, then cool completely on wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with cream cheese icing.
