Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. tomato soup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix beef with tomato soup, egg, salt, parsley, onion and rice into meat balls.
    Brown in oil with 1 clove of garlic.
    Blend in the rest of the soup and 1 cup water.
    Simmer 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
