Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    16 big marshmallows, cut in half
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart bowl.
    Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High or until the marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil.
    Stir; reduce setting to simmer (50 percent) and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely.
    Stir in chips, nuts and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spread in an 8 x 8-inch buttered dish. Cool and cut in 1-inch squares.
    Quick and easy.
