Tropical Fruit Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice (undrained)
    1 ripe banana
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and boiling water in glass measuring cup. Stir with mixing spoon until gelatin is dissolved.
    Put into electric blender.
    Add lemon juice and pineapple chunks with their juice.
    Peel the banana and cut into chunks with a table knife. Add to blender.
    Put lid on blender.
    Turn on high speed.
    Blend ingredients until they are liquified, about 45 seconds.
