Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pan cooked cornbread
    1 small pan biscuits
    1/2 can sage
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    cooked giblets, chopped
    broth
    1/2 can evaporated milk (large)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Make cornbread and biscuits ahead for convenience.
    Crumble in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, celery and onion.
    Add meat from neck and liver (chopped).
    If you do not have giblets, you can add chopped meat from a few pieces cooked chicken.
    Add milk and enough broth to get consistency of cornbread mix.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add sage to taste; you may prefer less.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Cook at 425\u00b0 until brown, approximately 15 minutes.
