Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 medium onions
2 Tbsp. butter
3 cans cream-style corn
1 qt. whole milk
1/2 c. light cream or half and half
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. parsley
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes in 1/2-inch cubes.
Peel and chop onions.
Cook onions in the 2 tablespoons butter until tender, but not browned.
Cook cubed potatoes in water until just tender. Heat milk, cream and butter in large kettle.
Add corn, onions, potatoes and seasoning.
Heat to piping hot.
Serves 12.
