Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
salt and pepper
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft.
Add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
Pour over ribs and cook until tender at 350\u00b0.
