Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 to 4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped peppers (hot and mild to taste)
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice, tied in cheesecloth
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; boil 1 1/2 hours in large pot, stirring often.
    Put
    into\thot
    clean
    jars.
    Process in cold pack cooker for 20 minutes.
    Taste like picante sauce.
