Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 lb. boneless beef chuck, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1 lb. onions, peeled and sliced (3 c.)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth, undiluted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, heat oil over high heat.
    Add the beef cubes, in a single layer at a time, and cook, over medium heat, until cubes are well browned on all sides.
    As they brown, remove to a bowl.
    This will take about 15 to 20 minutes in all.
