Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. oil
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix margarine and oil; add powdered sugar and sugar.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt.
    Add creamed mixture.
    Roll in small balls.
    Mash with fingers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
