Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can corned beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. onion, chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

After jello is jelled (makes 2 cups), beat with mixer until light and bubbly.
Mix in mayonnaise.
Add other ingredients. Refrigerate to set.
