Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. unpeeled shredded zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. currants
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    The zucchini should be shredded coarsely and handled as little as possible to avoid making it watery.
