Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Leave skin on potatoes; boil potatoes and drain. Mash with butter and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream, onions and chives. Spoon into buttered Pyrex dish (12 x 12). Cover with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
