Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with large piece of aluminum foil. Place roast on foil; sprinkle with
    onion
    soup.
    Mix mushroom soup with water.
    Pour over roast.
    Place
    another
    piece
    of foil over top and seal edges well.
    Bake
    in preheated 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0
    for
    1 hour per pound or until
    done.
    Remove
    roast
    to platter and gravy into gravy dish.
