Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    3 medium ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt; mix in wheat germ.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
    Place in an oiled 8 x 4-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until done.
    Yields 1 loaf, 16 slices.
    Each slice contains 130 calories.
