Creole Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until foamy.
    Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
    Continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
    Stir in vanilla and pecans.
    Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake until dry, about 20 minutes (do not let candy brown). Immediately remove from baking sheet.
