Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken
    1/2 c. butter
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 c. celery (diced)
    2 c. uncooked rice
    4 c. chicken stock
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces.
    Fry in butter until brown. Add onion and celery.
    Let simmer until onion is done.
    Add raw rice, stir thoroughly.
    Cover with chicken stock; add salt and pepper.
    Let come to a boil.
    Cover with lid or foil and let simmer in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
