Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (more if needed; self-rising)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 Tbsp. warm water
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift flour and sugar.
Mix in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add milk and yeast to flour.
When mixed, roll out 1/4 inch and cut.
Dip in melted butter and fold over.
