Round Steak Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo
    1 can beef consomme
    1 soup can water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cut steak in 1-inch strips and brown in small amount of oil in skillet on top of stove.
    Put all ingredients in covered casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
