Tomato Pickle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. sweet pepper
2 pods hot pepper or more
3 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pickling spice
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix together and
cook over low heat until thick.
Pour into jars while still hot and seal.
