Maryland Crab Cakes(Origin: Usa) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beaten egg
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. crabmeat, flaked or lump, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine egg, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Fold in crabmeat.
Blend.
Shape mixture into patties.
Coat patties with bread crumbs.
Refrigerate patties one hour.
Fry in shallow oil in frypan until browned.
