Easy Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. each: nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and cloves
1 tsp. soda
1 (4 oz.) jar Gerber prunes
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs.
Sift flour, spices and soda together.
Add to sugar mixture.
Add prunes.
Mix well.
Drop in nuts; mix.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
