Unbaked Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 box lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Whip evaporated milk until real fluffy.
    Combine jello and hot water, mix all together and fold in whipped evaporated milk.
    Pour into crust and sprinkle with dry cracker crumbs.
    Place in refrigerator 8 hours.
