Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; cool, peel and grate.
    Heat butter with soup.
    Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese.
    Mix with potatoes and spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with corn flake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour.
    Serves 8.
