Perfect Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cubed or sliced cooked potatoes
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
3 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Sprinkle cooked potatoes with sugar and vinegar. Add onion, celery, seasoning and mayonnaise. Toss to blend.
Carefully fold in egg slices. Chill. Trim with egg slices.
Makes 8 servings.
