Mock Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked pinto beans
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mash beans. Add sage, salt, pepper and butter.
    Mix well. Form patties. Roll in crumbs, dip in eggs, roll in crumbs and fry until brown.
