Microwavable Rice Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    2 c. chopped tomato
    2/3 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. raisins (optional)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut thin slice from end of peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Rinse.
    Arrange peppers in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Mix remaining ingredients except water.
    Fill each pepper with 2/3 cup mixture. Spoon 2 tablespoons water into each pepper.
    Cover loosely and microwave 6 minutes.
    Rotate plate 1/2 turn and microwave 4 to 5 minutes longer.
