Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. flour (plain)
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter flavor
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together, one-half cup at a time. Add the eggs, one at a time.
    Combine the flour and salt and add a small amount at a time.
    Lastly, add the buttermilk.
    The batter should look like a cake mix that needs more flour.
    Cook in an unbaked pie shell at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until the pie is golden brown.
