Low-Fat Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. squash, cooked and mashed
1 carton egg substitute
1/3 c. no-fat cheese, grated
1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
1 c. low-fat Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix well, except for crackers.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm in the center.
May substitute broccoli for squash.
