New Mexico Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. chopped green chiles
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased shallow pan (9-inch square or larger).
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until firm.
    Yield: 1 large loaf.
