Lo-Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. applesauce
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and applesauce; add eggs, water, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat in pumpkin.
    Makes 2 regular loaves or can make muffins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
