Tangy Tuna Spread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna (packed in spring water), drained
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Add vegetables to tuna.
Combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice and mustard.
Mix fish and vegetables until evenly distributed. Spread on toast or crackers and serve.
